a lot of things happened..

so a lot of things happened in the world yesterday night/today morning.
i have rambled all about it on my twitter but i feel like blogging about it.
so..as i sat down to watch the Arsenal vs Stoke game, i decided to check on the trending topics on my twitter. then, i saw that Chile had suffered an 8.8 magnitude earthquake.
that, in my opinion, is just horrific. i mean, as quoted by a news report,
More than half a million homes were destroyed in an event scientists said was 500 times stronger than the earthquake in Haiti.
still in shock. yepp.
then, i saw Tsunami as a TT. and saw that there has been tsunami warnings in hawaii. thankfully, God has answered everyone's prayers and the tsunami warnings were lifted.
so, as i was watching the match, i didn't want to tweet aimlessly about the game as i usually did every weekend cos i figured it'll just be annoying for people who follow me. but then...*jeng jeng jeng!!*
my dear beloved Aaron Ramsey, aka the other hot guy in Arsenal, received a late tackle from Ryan Shawcross of Stoke City. it was SO GRUESOME that Skysports didn't show a replay or pictures or even of how the medics were treating him. i have to frantically search online for pictures of the injury from people who managed to capture that one little moment when he feel down.
i mean, dude, a leg shouldn't bent that way. shd i post the picture? no..cos i don't want to be freaked out everytiime i see my blog.

so today's religious class was oh-so-boring.
our ustaz had to go to a maulud Nabi's kenduri thingy. ustazah had a class for the mothers downstairs so she couldn't teach us. so her husband, also our ustaz, had to take over the whole day's class, which actually consists of 3 lessons. if i could caps lock that 3, i would.
so he taught us Sirah cos that's what he's supposed tot each us. and he was talking about our Prophet. i wasn't really paying atention cos i was talking to Aliyah about SJAB stuff. but get this:
he was saying that Prophet came from Saudi Arabia.
from that, he asked us if we know where that is.
then, he drew the map of Saudi Arabia.
from that, he somehow managed to talk about oil resources.
and from that, how similar spore is with them, in terms of resources.
then, he talked about the hot desert.
and from that, he went into nabi Ibrahim's wife, Siti hajar and how she ran 7 times in the desert.
then, i don noe..i just don't bother listening to him.
i only catch bits and pieces of his whole story.
all the time, i was making fun of the three boys sitting at the corner or i was saying "Fighting!" with the fist pump thing like the korean dramas would always do.
that was like an inside joke with Aliyah and her sisters but it was damn funny-slash-silly.
oh, after laughing at our antics, we told her youngest sister, who's 10 and the one most adored by their brother, who's my age, to go up to her brother and say "Fighting!" in front of his friends. so we watched her stepped up to her brother, tapped him, saying "Abang, abang, abang" then when her brother looked at her, "Fighting!" with the fist pump thingy. then he was like " huh?"
Classic.
